What does ‘on location’ filming mean?
On-location filming means our production team comes to you — your office, warehouse, storefront, job site, or any other real-world setting — and captures your content there. Instead of bringing you into a studio, we bring the studio to your world.
Why would I film on location instead of in a studio?
Sometimes the most powerful backdrop is your own environment. Filming on location adds authenticity, context, and credibility that a studio can’t replicate. It’s especially effective for showing your team in action, highlighting your facility, or telling your company’s story in the place where it actually happens.
What kinds of content work best on location?
Company culture videos, client testimonials, facility tours, product demonstrations, executive interviews, recruitment videos, and behind-the-scenes content all shine when filmed in the real environment. If your location is part of your story, we’ll make it look great on camera.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my location?
We’ll do a brief pre-production walkthrough — either in person or via photos and video — to assess the space and plan the shoot. We’ll let you know if any simple prep is needed, like clearing a background or adjusting lighting conditions.
How long does an on-location shoot typically take?
Most on-location shoots run between three and five hours from setup to breakdown, depending on the scope of the project. We’ll build a clear production schedule in advance so everyone knows what to expect on the day.
